Click “Add a promo code/voucher,” then log in with your phone number and confirm the OTP.

Select the voucher you wish to redeem, then click “Apply.”

4.use cashback

Tap “Cashback” if you have credit to enjoy an additional stackable discount!

5.Done!

Remember, any remaining balance after applying vouchers and discounts will earn you additional points and cashback!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Active Mobile Number Requirement: An active mobile number is mandatory for the redemption of points and cashback.

  • Daily Redemption Limit: Redemption is limited to once per day.

  • Eligibility for Points & Cashback: Points and cashback can be obtained both in-store and through online delivery at THAIMOMENT.my.

  • Redemption of Points & Cashback: Points and cashback can be redeemed during the next visit for a single transaction only.

  • Nature of Cashback: Cashback is treated as a complimentary discount by Thai Essential Holding Sdn Bhd, Thai Essential Cuisine Sdn Bhd and Actually Thai Sdn Bhd and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form.

  • Expiration of Rewards: Cashback will expire within 3 months from the date of collection, while point collection will expire within 6 months.

  • Promotion and Voucher Exclusions: No other promotions, vouchers, or e-vouchers are allowed, except for the online store where promo codes may be applicable.

  • Transaction Splitting: Splitting of bills or transactions is not allowed.

VERIFICATION OF CASH BACK REDEMPTIONS

  • In-Store Redemption: As the cashback is traced using your mobile number, no further verification regarding your personal identity is required upon in-store redemption. Thai Moment by Thai Essential Cuisine Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries will not be responsible for any loss of cashback redemption. Usage is at your own risk.

  • Online Redemption: Your cashback can be used via delivery at THAIMOMENT.my. A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent once you log in, and data will be stored permanently on the device.
