Member QR code Requirement: A “OneReward” QR Member is mandatory for the redemption of points and cashback.

Redemption of Cashback: Cashback can be redeemed during the next visit for a single transaction only.

Nature of Cashback: Cashback is treated as a complimentary discount by Thai Essential Holding Sdn Bhd, Thai Essential Cuisine Sdn Bhd and Actually Thai Sdn Bhd and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form.

Expiration of Rewards: Cashback will expire within 6 months from the date of collection.

Promotion and Voucher Exclusions: No other promotions, vouchers, or e-vouchers are allowed, except for the online store where promo codes may be applicable.

Transaction Splitting: Splitting of bills or transactions is not allowed.
